Made for a holiday group show 2019. Based on the Arabian Coffee dance from the Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky, as well as my memory of having Arabian coffee at the home of a friend from Saudi Arabia. Linoleum carved, and mono-print inked. This version is also slightly a reduction. Printed on Reeves lightweight paper with oil inks. The silver is metallic, but it doesn't show in the photo.

It's not how I planned it to be, particularly the unintentional masonic symbol created by the silver nutcracker which I carved out as soon as I noticed, but I was crunched for time. I still have the block and I'd like to revisit it as a 3-block print sometime.
