Shown here is the development of the Clutter 'C' Mascot design. The mascot was designed to be secondary branding for Clutter, representing it when perhaps the logo is not appropriate or necessary. I wanted to produce something that was bold yet simple - something that would be discreet when we want it to be, but would also make for an awesome t-shirt design when you blow it up!

 

The concept for the 'C' was a group one, but as you can see below there were several failed directions before we really got on the right track. Once I decided it definitely had to be circular it didn't take long to come together. Some tweaking and experimentation later we had something that I believe to be iconic, a design that will stand the test of time, and can be iterated upon as we give it to artists to provide their take on 'The Clutter Mascot'
