Cannes Shortlist - Tata Tea Push The Pin Case Study

Push the Pin is a mobile & web application built for Tata Tea Jaago Re, prior to the General Elections 2014. The aim was to prompt the 49% of voters in the country, the women, to go out and vote for the best government for them. Push the Pin was built to enable users to pin an issue that they are facing in their individual constituency. The app aggregated all issues being pushed at a constituency level and led to the identification of 800k issues pinned by women across 520 constituencies, thereby creating a first-of-its-kind crowdsourced manifesto of, by and for women.

The project won a Cannes Cyber Lions nomination and a Spikes Asia award.
