Due to being on a corner plot, this house has a lot of potential. The key thing to look for when purchasing a property is how to increase its value.

An easy way to do this is by buying a property where, there is room to extend in the rear, on the side, or even converting the loft. To determine the level of feasibility, see if other residence have altered their house (on the same road). 

The aim of this project was to create renders and floor-plans to help the planning permission granters visualise what I intend to do. Ideally these plans would work as supporting documents.
