Challenge: Create brand awareness for Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities while trying to inform clients the new safety measures and adaptations taken due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. 

Strategy: Find an engaging way to to connect with our current audience while growing our reach, educating about what we are currently doing and how we are keeping our clients safe. 

Solution: Produce brand new videos that will tie back to our social media and programs list to increase awareness and donations. Instead of just targeting our clients, we decided to use the hashtag #SCHCKeepsYouSafe throughout a series of different videos all part of one campaign.

Phase 1: Highlighting the history and the different programs SCHC offers while addressing the front line heroes amazing work during the pandemic. 

Phase 2: Informative video for staff and clients to assure SCHC is keeping everyone safe at their offices and it is safe to visit their nurses. 

Phase 3: Little informative videos that can be shared by others on social media
