Goals: Customer want to search and easily see the list of desired products/licenses
Motivation: Customer is digital enthusiast uses various analytics, BPM based software for the daily work.
Micro Moments: "I want to Know", "I want to Download"
Context: Customer usually uses application in Offices, with team usually during working hours.
Device Used: Desktop, iPad
Problems Faced: The current search and product listing page is not user friendly and information provided on listing is not helping user to select correct product to download and use.
