We designed this residence to be light, airy, and a refuge of relaxation amidst the hustle and bustle of the city life.

M_DL.SC is a 38 sqm condo unit that has strategic multifunctional solutions conceptualized as Tranquil Versatility, where we got the inspiration from Japanese minimalism. We designed a calm, comfortable, and peaceful abode fit for people on the go.
Our material palette consists of warm and natural wood tones, neutrals, creams, and beiges. These bring home the feeling of subtlety and airiness while still being grounded.

Clean lines, tangram patterns, mirrors, and fluted glass create a unique identity even for a compact space.

The condo has two zones– the whites and the wood areas. We designed activity-heavy spaces to have a bright and pristine feel while places for relaxation and settling down are calmer and wood-centric.

Throughout the residence, we applied our inspiration called Creative Functionality. Ingenious furniture and smart design solutions maximized the space with functionality without losing its aesthetic.

Bespoke fluted glass panels partially conceal the kitchen and bedroom of this unit. Sunlight passes through these panels, basking everything with a soft glow. White finishes unify the kitchen and dining area, keeping the ambiance pristine.
We used tangram tiles for the walls to create an eye-catching detail while embodying the minimalistic aesthetic.
We created space-saving additions like a built-in ironing board and a slide-out mirror. This part of the unit acts as the client’s mini-studio. Since she leads an active lifestyle, the mirrors let her see her movements and visually extend the area.

Sleek cabinetries with concealed light sources keep the room pleasant on the eyes. The vanity table has a flip-up mirror strategically placed by the window to utilize natural light. This bedroom is as functional as it is serene.
