A New York City-based real estate development firm founded in 1986 by chairman and chief executive officer Joseph Sitt, Thor Equities Group manages more than $20 billion in assets under an executive team experienced in developing global retail, hotel, mixed-use, and residential properties. Among Thor Equities’ leadership is chief operating officer Melissa Gliatta, who guides the company’s expansion into international markets. She was interviewed by Commercial Observer in January 2020.
