Over the last few years, Germany open their doors to refugees fleeing their countries because of political issues, most of them from Arab countries. Berlin in specific is a host for a lot of Arab refugees who -since coming here- are adapting to the foreign lifestyle. They lean german, find work, and get familiar with the city; which makes them a great link between the Arab and German culture. 

The idea behind Alloy’s creation is to connect Arab tourists to Arabs living in Berlin. The locals can guide them in the city and give them tips for however many days they’re visiting. This app is a great way for the tourist to experience the country with a local while avoiding the language barrier.
