I have no shadow of a doubt that a painting could not alter what is happening, at the same time, I refuse to project what is happening directly into my paintings because it would be banal.
I am a firm believer in the place of beauty in the artwork and because of that I never use my art to beg the sympathy of the recipient nor do I promote it by exploiting human condition.
