COFFEEBAY is a franchise coffee brand operating 580 stores in Korea. 
Previously, COFFEEBAY had meant only ‘coffee and bakery’ but tried to set up a new concept 
of brand identification making franchise owners communicate with customers together. 
COFFEEBAY drew the brand concept out of the ambiguous vocabulary of ‘Mate’. 
Therefore, COFFEEBAY defined newly has two meaning in Mate; one is a best friend who gives direction to consumers familiarly, and the other is a navigator who guides a way. 
Finally, we have shown you a design based on the new slogan.
