This is my Uni's final project, which is to design a Boutique Hotel at Full St. Derby City Centre. With the new masterplan 2030, it will be resulted on increasing footfall with travelers in Derby by visiting the Aquarium, craft villages, new assembly rooms and other activities. This development will be a future landmark in Derby, next to the Derby Cathedral, aims to provide a space that allows the guests to appreciate the view of the Derby River and the Cathedral, with a brand new stylish landmark space that provides all kinds of opportunity to the people in Derby.
