Few people know their blood type. Encouraging them to find out, and register to become donors, paves the way for matching demand and supply based on the need for certain blood types at different times.
 
Rather than driving instant donations, the Waiting commercial was created as the first introduction to the new strategy. The strategy is now begining to be rolled out on all levels of communication including radio, online and social media.
The following two commercials were produced to be shown during times of dangerously low blood stocks.
O- is the universal blood group and can be given to anyone so it was vital we targeted these donors with their own commercial.
