For a Service Design unit as part of my studies, I conducted research into the Centrelink JobSeeker Covid-19 response. The findings were then visualised in the format of a flowchart to illustrate the user experience, and a system map to identify complex relationships between major stakeholders.



Visualising a problem space
Given the large scale nature of the problem space as revealed by my initial research, I chose to build a clustermap to help visualise elements of the problem space. While this clustermap is not an "exact science", it aids in illustrating the relationships between key stakeholders, external mandates and societal circumstances into a digestible format to then draw actionable insights.
