Cisco "Life in the Fast Lane" Warranty Renewal Promotion
When Cisco linked their service products warranty expirations to the partners, we were called to promote the usage of this new sales tool. We created "Life in the Fast Lane", a Registration Rewards renewal promotion. Points were awarded for renewals which were redeemed for prizes online. In addition, each point acted as a lottery ticket toward a grand prize trip to the Skip Barber Racing School, where Service Partners would compete for bragging rights in Formula race cars.
We launched this program with creative postcards and an email blast with a link to the program's intranet website. The site was full of details about the program, point totals, prize categories and racing info. The program raced to the highest participation rate (86%) of any program to date.
