Inspired by Vaughan Oliver’s album art for the Pixies, Scott King’s ‘Britlin’s’ exhibition, and artists Tauba Auerbach and Bridget Riley, I started experimenting with type and photography and their relationship to the grid. This process of trying different grid layouts, compositions, and even mistakes lead me to discovering my rational: not to understand the poem, but to feel it.
