Located in the suburbs of Zurich, this old town Hotel needed a new facade and a complete new look. The modern and minimalist facade did it perfectly while restoring the building and giving it a higher value and a longer lifespan.
The facade consists of aluminium panels with natural to seamless color. The thickness of the facade changed the look of the building, gave it a very good insulated area between walls and panels, and finally helped create the small balconies for the rooms, which weren’t there before.
