BANDS WITH COLOR
Task
For this project I had to create two compositions that visually represented the music of my choice between classical and world music. I had to cut out shapes in relations to how the music made me feel and later created a promotional poster for the artist of the music I choose. Starting off with black and white and then transitioning into color.

Mozart- Classical music for brain power
My approach
While listening to Mozart I interpreted the rhythm and sound of the music in two different ways. For the composition on the left it has more of a smooth groove, nice and relaxing aesthetics. Whereas the poster to the right has more of a vibration and spark. Both a well representation of his music. I approached this project with cut outs through my own interpretation of his music and how I felt listening to it.
