using a combination of HDRI, sun lamps and several large area lamps. the lighting is configured to be on the more realistic side. the pebbles consists of 800.000 individual vertices passed over a displacement modifier. the plushie is comprised of 200.000 individual hairs. all in all to create a piece of eye candy to be looked at for 5 seconds, at best.
