The Problem: Unavailability of transport facilities for kids in case of extra classes/activities.

Why Uber Kids?

At the beginning, I had option to either introduce this as a new service or integrate with existing services like Ola/Uber. I preferred to integrate as it gets easy to build parent's trust especially in these challenging times of Covid-19.

What is Uber Kids?

Uber Kids is a smart integration of the idea with Uber Technologies. It is a brand new application which only caters to kids as it's consumers and parents being the audience. 

Is there Psychology involved?

Yes, the new application is introduced as the purpose was different and it does not include an option to book Uber instantly (Book Now). Parents can schedule the ride and a driver is appointed from that area, ensuring that the driver is friendly and remains throughout for those specific kids in a particular area. This was done as kids know and trust a handful amount of people who are in their loop like their parents, grandparents, maid etc. To add driver in their loop, there has to be a single driver whom the child can recognize and trust.
