This shows a roll cage I built for a 60's Bronco. The owner just wanted a 'family style' 6-point roll cage - but wanted to keep it simple. No extra gusseting - just follow the lines of the vehicle as much as possible, provide mounting for windshield, and somewhere to mount seat belts.

Started by cutting out some foot plates that will mount to the floor.
B-pillar bent and tacked into place, and rear tube/c-pillar started...
Time to make some a-pillars!
A-pillars bent and ready to tack into place...
May as well throw some roof bars in...
Tube was drilled in 4 places on B and C pillars, and threaded bungs welded in place for seatbelt mounting.
Cage finished, and pulled out of the vehicle for finish welding and paint.
The owner was kind enough to send me an updated picture after he'd done a little more work to it. I'd say it's looking pretty good!
