Abandonment & Ascension is a book about aboriginal coming of age practices found around the world. The book is divided into three sections, Physical, Spiritual and Emotional rituals. The book stays true to an indigenous feel, established through hand-made and basic environmental qualities. Each page contains an original pen and ink drwaing. In terms of production, the wood covers are hand cut and stained, and the book is bound by hand.
