지게차는 산업현장 전반에서 볼 수 있는 중요한 운송기기로, 많이 사용되는 만큼 사고율도 매우 높게 나타납니다. 산업안전보건공단 통계에 따르면 산업시설로 인한 재해 중 지게차 사고가 가장 많으며, 이들 지게차의 용도적 특성상 사람이 운전할 때 화물에 의한 시야 사각지대가 발생하는 문제와 화물의 적재 방법을 개선할 필요가 있다고 생각했습니다. 그래서 AFL 무인 지게차는 사람이 운전하는 방식에서 벗어나 자율 주행 방식을 활용하였고, 기존의 지게차의 운전 공간을 화물 적재 공간으로 변경하여 화물을 안전하게 운반할 수 있도록 하면서 지게차의 높이를 낮추는 방식으로 디자인하였습니다. 최종적으로 AFL 무인 지게차는 자율 주행과 함께 화물을 안전하게 운반할 수 있는 방식으로 4차 산업화된 스마트 팩토리의 산업현장에서 활용할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 기존의 지게차보다 안정적이고 체계적인 화물 운송 시스템을 구축합니다.

Forklifts are important transportation devices that can be seen throughout the industrial field, and the accident rate is very high as they are used a lot. Designed to reduce the accident rate and safely use of forklifts, AFL unmanned forklifts can be used at the industrial sites of the 4th industrialized Smart Factory for the safe transportation of cargo along with autonomous driving, thereby establishing a safer and more systematic freight transportation system than conventional forklifts.
