Event Brief project for Event Management class.
Brief: We was divided in groups of four. Every group was requested to act as a client, to build up an event brief and to present it like was adressed to an hypotetical events' agency.
Our group guide lines were:
CLIENT. - The Department of culture
PROJECT. - We must create a brief for an Art festival
TARGET AUDIENCE. - Tourist of all ages
OBJECTIVE. - Implement cultural tourism
Basing on these data, we came out with a brief for an artistic and culinary festival in Bologna, pretending to be the Department of culture of this particular city.
