Penguin Books Student Design Award 2020
Propuesta para los Penguin Student Design Awards 2020 en la categoría de “No-Ficción para Adultos”. Una Breve Historia de Casi Todo (A Short History of Nearly Everything), de Bill Bryson, es uno de los libros de divulgación científica más conocidos del siglo XX. Trata una gran variedad de temas que van desde el Big Bang, al comienzo de las civilizaciones, etc.
El brief requería la elaboración de un rediseño que mantuviese la estética de un libro de divulgación científica pero que llegase a una nueva generación de lectores y destacase cuando fuese expuesto en las librerías.

A Short History of Nearly Everything, by Bill Bryson, is a bestseller, multi-award winning book and one of the most popular science book of the twenty first century. The book deals with topics from the Big Bang to the rise of civilizations, etc.
The brief asked for a smart but accessible design that should appeal to a whole new generation of readers.
