This project shows the design of a towel hanger and a roll holder in the same gamut.
At the begining, the main aim was to make a design to be manufactured from sheet steel, with a simple production, and saving production costs.
On the other hand, we tried to innovate in the design and add something new in the bathroom accessories.
En este proyecto se muestra el diseño de unos toallero y un portarrollos de la misma gama.
La finalidad inicial era conseguir realizar un diseño construido unicamente con chapa y con una producción sencilla, para ahorrar gastos de producción.
Por otra parte, se buscaba innovar en el diseño para aportar algo nuevo.
The towel hanger design, in all its ranges, shows a new advantage to the user because it prevents the towel fall to the ground, even when the towel is wet and its weight is greater.
This towel hanger is available in different ranges, to hang behind the door or heater, or screwing to the wall.
El diseño del toallero, en cualquiera de sus gamas muestra una nueva ventaja al usuario ya que evita que la toalla se caiga al suelo, aunque esté mojada y pese mucho.
Este toallero se ofrece en distintas gamas, para colgarlo detrás de la puerta o en el radadiador, ofreciendo una facil instalación (solamente hay que colgarlo) o atornillándolo a la pared.

The design consists of two stainless steel sheets joined by a hinge. One of the steel sheets is fixed and the other one is mobile. The towel is engaged in the second one (how it´s showed in the picture below) and if the towel is wet or is going to fall, this steel sheet moves inside the fixed sheet making "a clip" and being the towel trapped between the two sheets.
Both sheets have rounded corners and edges for safety and to prevent damage while in the towel.
El diseño consta de dos chapas de acero inoxidable unidas por una visagra. Una de las chapas de acero es fija y la otra es móvil, de tal manera que la toalla está enganchada en esta segunda (como se muestra en la figura de abajo) y si pesa y va a caer, se mueve en el interior de la chapa fija haciendo de "pinza" y quedando de este modo la toalla atrapada entre las dos chapas.
Ambas chapas tienen los ángulos y cantos redondeados por motivos de seguridad y para evitar al mismo tiempo daños en la toalla.
