The careers site was central to branding MDA as a place talent engineers should want to work. The agency's headquarters were moved from Washington, DC to Huntsville, Alabama -- and a lot of their talent decided not to make the move. The site -- which is currently getting a design and content refresh -- featured heavily on promoting the brand and on living in the Tennessee Valley.

The footer navigation for the site also features the brand's tagline -- "lead one of the greatest technological achievements of our time."

The careers site development was such a success that we were able to redesign the agency's main site as well.

Student/campus brochure cover. The website was part of MDA's branding, but it was by no means the extent. We produced many different types of giveaways -- including Engineer Trading Cards to boost the profile of STEM careers, foam rockets and more, event collateral, print collateral, digital and print ads, outdoor advertising and more.
