Problem Statement
- The workflow between the kitchen - dining room
- Zoning not by the room usage characteristic and the level of privacy in each area.

Design Concept
"Architecture is a frozen music then music must be a liquid archicture" - Quincy Jones.
As we know Music is part of series of harmony elements that are combined into one to form a melody in the form of a song. In the process of its formation, music can be interpreted as equivalent to architecture, how the elements of points, lines, and planes can form a certain space to form a place, as described in Roger Trancik's theory of Space and Placement.
In good music, we understand that it is very important to have a good rhythm and composition in it. Starting from into, bridge, and then the chorus which is the heart of the music. In a good architecture there also needs to be a great rhythm and composition that should continue to play of the room arrangement. Then how do I translate this thing into design?
Based on the arrangement aspects, the design is rearranged through improving the flow of space based on the privacy properties of space and workflow between spaces. The living room, which is the space with the most public spatial characteristics, remains in the very front area, followed by the dining room and kitchen which is a transitional area and moves the family and adds a hobby area to a more private area so that the function of the space is not disturbed even though it is receiving guests or other activities. Meanwhile, through the rhythm, design improvements were made by applying brighter colors in each space while maintaining harmonious use of earth tone colors and adjusting to the colors favored by users.
Design Delivery
Translated from the design concept, in this area the overall design of each room uses a "modern-contemporary" style. The design concept is then developed and applied through these spaces using a semi-open plan layout while still paying attention to the privacy aspect through the application of a hollow partition that is adjusted as a barrier between spaces.

The outputs of this project are 3d mockup with a scale of 1:25 from the real size and some hand drawings of layouts and perspective sketches to deliver the design.
