For this project, we had to design a poster to promote an area of interest in the area we live in. Since I live in Phoenix and have always loved the beautiful rock designs displayed at Papago Park, I decided to make my poster on the park. We had to pay a visit to the park and draw everything that we saw from many different angles, then end up with different concepts for the final poster in the form of thumbnails. After that, we picked our favorite thumbnail and made three different roughs that give that poster a little bit more detail. After the three roughs were done, we chose one to make a final poster for.
