This was a personal project that I created in the wake of the March for our Lives movement in 2018. I had recently read an article about the way certain colors were "attached" or connected to certain generation for various reasons. For Gen Zs it yellow as it is meant to represent the anxiety they collectively feel. And considering all they have seen in their time alive including 177 school shootings as of the creation of this project, which that number has now since grown.
