A Communion of Saints. They call Ireland the land of saints and scholars. Well I wonder what the pope would make of these patron saints gathering interest around Dublin. Trading card beer mats are on the rise in offbeat popularity and you are ordained to go and find them all. Who knows what deity you might need to get through your week.

This project was undertaken in college. I wanted to design beer mats that would be distributed around trendy Dublin bars and in turn become collectables. Each one would be a unique parody of a patron saint, poking fun at religious superstition, a dying feature of Irish culture.

All concepting, photography, illustration, copy writing and production was executed by myself.
