IDEA
There are some people in the world who are directionally challenged.
I’d like to explore how I might help one improve their ability to retain routes.

I created a survey asking for ones name, email, age, gender, income, and other questions related to being directionally challenged to filter people and find the right candidates.
TIME TO SYNTHESIZE
CREATED AN AFFINITY MAP
This was the first step toward synthesizing my data for my research project. I re-listened to my interviews and extracted the findings I found interesting that could also lead to a design solution(s). After gathering this information, I looked for patterns within the data, then organized them into groups based on those patterns.

The objective of the empathy map exercise was to get into the mind of
my interviewees by separating what they see, do, see, hear and feel.
