The Pioneer Building

The Pioneer Building
Built in 1892 following the Great Seattle Fire, the Pioneer Building was designed by Elmer Fisher. It is 89,355 sq. ft and features Richardsonian Romanesque stone, terra cotta, cast Iron, and elaborate woodwork. In 1977 it was listed as a National Historic Landmark and is currently occupied by Novel Coworking for office rentals. Below is an interior/exterior photoshoot I did of the building earlier this year.
