Little did I know the kind of flavors we would encounter until I began to see this event unfold. From equipment dealers to fine dining chefs, (a few pretty well known). We were all impressed with the Wood Stone line of equipment and the heat that it delivered to the food.... Oh yeah, the menu was pretty tasty too....
