One of the strongest arguments for starting to eat insects is that there are manynutrient-rich species. Much of the nutrition found today in meat and fish may well be replaced by small insects such as ants, crickets and meal beetles.Add to that the growing problem of the meat industry. To eat a lot of meat is not only problematic from an environmental perspective, it is also a threat to our health.The big challenge is that our culture does not classify insects as food - ratheron the contrary, something we should avoid.
Baggen's noodles are just as quick and easy to cook as other instant noodles and are at the same time very high in nutrition. The main target groups of this product are hikers and outdoor enthusiasts, and the aim for the packaging is to mediate a simple, trusty and environment friendly aesthetic.
