I took part in the Batey's Challenge 2020 with my team mates. It was a hackathon that took place over 48 hours. There, we decided to work on a topic that touched us, which was about terminally ill children.
About the app
This application is a diary for the terminally ill children, where they can make use of it to record their days. This can be kept by their family after their passing. This is a way to keep the children occupied and positive, as well as leave their mark behind.
While we did not move on to the final round of the hackathon, I found that it was a meaningful project! It felt as though it could truly help our target audience, and it brought me joy that it might be helpful.
