Shea and TauTau®

Shea and TauTau are characters based on Africa’s background with a story about how they hide their true personalities by their masks and finding their authentic self. They have cooperated with Purity Ranch, which is a natural skincare brand using African shea butter as the main product, so as to deliver the brand concept, which is to be brave to express who you really are and stay natural.
After Shea and Tau Tau became friends, they slowly realised that other people and animals are also living under their masks. Therefore, they decide to find a way to take off everyone’s masks and learn to appreciate who they really are.
In order to blend into the native character of Ivory Coast, Shea wears a traditional mask to hide her quiet and shy personality and hopes that she will not be bullied.
Tau Tau is an abandoned kitten who dresses as a lion to survive in the wild in Africa. He hopes to get a strong appearance to cover his nervous and timid personality so that he will not be bullied.

My IP (Shea and Tau Tau) has been selected to participate in the Hong Kong International Licensing Show with full sponsorship from the 3rd Design Licensing and Business (DLAB) Support Scheme. I met various licensors and contractors to present my IP through pitching and attended training and workshops about licensing knowledge.
