About the project
This is a documentation and detailing project based on the town of Udvada, India. Udvada’s is the only existing traditional Parsi community context in the state of Gujarat. The aim of this group project was to document the existing context and draw accurately measured plans and elevations and details of the traditional housing of the Parsi community. As a group, we spent 5 days in Udvada and had many interactions with the community. All the drawings were manually drafted after taking all the measurements of the precinct.
