This project is a tensile structure design, this site is located at the University of Pecs ,Hungary.
The project is about creating a tensile shading system for the university's terrace, where it's visible in the visualisations that the concept is to overlapping the umbrella structures for the rainwater system, so it drains down into the cylindrical structure in the middle of the umbrella and finally to the underground sewage system.
This project offers a solution for the draining water, alongside with the idea of using these shades as a sitting area for the students and professors since it's an allowed-smoking area.
This project is inspired by the Pilgrims at the Medina Haram Piazza in Saudi Arabia, taking into consideration the matter of scale.
