来讲下这款产品设计思路，前提是我们知道这款产品的售价不会太低，进而在一些细节方面可以用铝合金以及不锈钢去做细节。机身方面，整体用的是6063铝合金，进风网区域设计收口，但是正式因为这个收口，给加工的时候造成了一些小麻烦！因为效果是拉丝纹，所以在人工手抛拉丝纹的时候，直面跟曲面交汇处会多抛几次，导致在弧度上面会看出稍有不均匀，而且这个缺点是不可控。在跟保时捷设计团队沟通的时候，他们想做的是哑面的效果，但是经过多次打样对比，我们认为亮面的要好一些，整体的价值感更高，并且为了保留表面的纹理效果，壳子只做了一次氧化处理。这款产品总共有4个配件，集风嘴、柔风嘴、金属挂架、梳子。集风嘴是跟大多数高速吹风的集风嘴是一样的，表面我们喷涂了珠光粉漆，看上去更有质感。

When communicating with the Porsche design team, they wanted to make a matte effect, but after many proofings and comparisons, we think that the shiny surface is better, the overall value is higher, and in order to retain the surface texture effect, the shell The child has only been oxidized once.This product has a total of 4 accessories, including nozzles, soft nozzles, metal hangers, and combs. The nozzle is the same as most high-speed blowing nozzles. The surface is sprayed with pearl powder paint, which looks more textured.

柔风嘴我们参考了戴森的柔风嘴，并根据技术团队的优化方案进行了一些修改，我们想把胶原蛋白功能融入到柔风嘴里去，且不能被高温影响太多，我当时有个想法，在柔风嘴的上做一环镂空位，把蛋白条放进去，通过主风道带动辅风道的作用，将蛋白质带出。因为辅风道的风是冷风，这样就可以保证主风道在走热风的时候不会使蛋白条过热。柔风嘴的材质位尼龙加玻纤，强度高，外环增加铝合金环做辅，并做二次氧化使C角为红色。
We refer to Dyson’s soft air nozzle and make some modifications according to the optimization plan of the technical team. We want to integrate the collagen function into the soft air nozzle without being affected by the high temperature too much. I had This idea is to make a hollow on the soft air nozzle, put the protein strip in, and drive the auxiliary air duct through the main air duct to bring out the protein. Because the air in the auxiliary air duct is cold, it can be ensured that the main air duct will not overheat the protein bars when the hot air is applied. The material of the soft air nozzle is nylon and glass fiber, which has high strength. The outer ring is supplemented by an aluminum alloy ring, and the second oxidation is performed to make the C angle red.
主体机身背面的装饰片我们采用的是不锈钢材质，这个尺寸技术团队是确定的，因为涉及到入风量以及出风量，所以不能随意改动。
金属挂架是用了一大块铝板折弯CNC氧化加工，上面有两个不锈铁环，这两个铁环是与吹风机的不锈铁环共用的，因为集风嘴与柔风嘴，内部放置了磁铁，可以磁吸到主机上的不锈铁环与挂架上面的不锈铁环。在主体与配件共用结构件也是一种设计思路，算是节省成本的一种方法吧。不锈铁环采用电泳工艺着色，本身材质受限，考虑到成本，这么做是最优。

The metal hanger is processed by bending a large piece of aluminum plate by CNC oxidation. There are two stainless iron rings on it. These two iron rings are shared with the stainless iron ring of the hair dryer, because the air collecting nozzle and the soft air nozzle, A magnet is placed inside, which can be magnetically attracted to the stainless iron ring on the host and the stainless iron ring on the hanger. Sharing structural parts between the main body and accessories is also a design idea, which is a way to save costs. The stainless iron ring is colored by electrophoresis process, and its material is limited. Considering the cost, this is the best way.
其实这款产品整体的制造成本不低，但是售价也不低。这也是在设计的时候可以用到一些比较贵的材质跟工艺去做。同时在跟保时捷设计团队沟通的时候，也发现国外的设计师对于产品所用到的材质以及工艺是颇有研究，因为疫情期间的问题，他们寄给我们几块儿铝合金拉丝纹板，上面也标记着相关的纹理参数。也帮助我们更好同工厂沟通方便工艺改善来达到效果。
