Modeling and Texturing in Blender. 
Here is the result of some experimenting with procedural texuring in Blender. I reduced the time-consuming unwrapping process to a minimun and just unwrapped some faces for the decals. The Sequence was rendered in Blender's Render Engine Eevee.
