These are the front cover (right) and back cover (left) for the 2021 annual report. The theme is Looking Forward from a Great First Year, stuff addressed to the investors and contributors.
For the vibe I'm thinking a fun futuro-animeish color palette, so my first guess at the cover was science fictiony optical illustions a la Escher or Dali.

The starting inspiration for this infographic is a subway/metropolitan type map.
