The intention of the following project is to showcase all the skills we have learnt throughout the year, which entails creating an electric toothbrush designed for a specific cereal brand of our choice. as part of a promotional marketing strategy. The product must be visually pleasing and the design must accommodate its ergonomics. A toothbrush head, electric motor, battery, switch and wiring (all supplied) must be incorporated.
Firstly, this extensive design project shall begin at conceptualizing the product on paper with freehand sketches, rendering CAD models and illustrating engineering drawings to use as a foundation in the physical manufacturing process, and utilizing injection molding to create a prototype.
