NATURA ARTIFICIALE: RESIN TILES

For four and a half billion years, the Earth has been the scene of incessant changes, births and extinctions of species, the formation of mountains and oceans, catastrophic eruptions and devastating earthquakes. The slow, but continuous action of these natural forces constantly shapes, and will continue to do so, the surface of the Earth, creating ever new and perpetually changing landscapes.

There is a hidden and ineffable harmony in the continuous and constant renewal of nature, in which at every moment of its existence nothing is ever the same.

A collection of totally unique wall tiles  is born from this concept of changing beauty, typical of Eraclito’s Panta Rei “everything flows”, in which no piece is the same and faithfully reproduced with respect to another.

The collection has born from the development of a new decorative technique, based on the constant “movement” and “randomness”, which led to the creation of always different but homogeneous patterns - inspired by 4 natural environments.

The concept behind this project was to design differences, that is, a design studied in order to obtain always variable and different works: Natura Artificiale is based precisely on the creation of wall tiles as changing works of art - like the nature that surrounds us is, constantly, in changing.
