Problem

Having any kind of mental disorder is considered as stigma and is often taken as taboo to talk about. This stigma is more prevailing among the population of Pakistan. People avoid accepting that they or their loved one is suffering from any mental disorder including the borderline personality order.

Context

In Pakistan there is only one recent non-profit organization "Umang" that is providing telemental health. My service will particularly target individuals suffering from BPD

Solution

Telemental health services is a unique solution to the problem. Telemental health is widely increasing in the west and is considered to be the future of the therapy. This Application will include skills coaching by a certified counselor on phone, video calls and skills necessary to effectively cope with real life challenges in the moment.
