A travel photographer or videographer is a skilled professional whose job is to capture accurate and professional photos of a location. They set out on these journeys to provide photos to companies that require them for a variety of reasons.

They can be hired by a state's government to shoot images to promote tourism and by film studios and hotels. However, their sole task is to obtain authentic photographs of the location, for which they are compensated.
