He was Born on August 20, 1953 in Casablanca, Morocco and died on July 27, 2017 in Casablanca, he is a Moroccan international footballer who played as a Libero player and then as a midfielder for Raja Sports and the Moroccan national team. He is considered one of the best players in the history of Moroccan and African football. He started playing football in Casablanca, where he joined the Oasis Training Center in 1969 at the age of sixteen. Two years later, he joined the first team of Raja Club Athletic, where he appeared several times before establishing himself as an indispensable element in the team since 1973. He won the Throne Cup in 1974, 1977 and 1982 and came close to the title several times. In 1987 it was the most expensive transfer in the history of the tournament at the time when he moved to the Olympic of Casablanca. In 1990 he returned to Raja at the age of 37 for one season. With the Atlas Lions, he was selected in 1971 with the junior national team. In 1973 he was called up to the national team for a friendly match against Senegal, but he did not play. On February 23, 1975, he played his first match under the leadership of Georges Mordorescu against Libya in the qualifying round for the Olympic Games in Montreal (win 2-1). بدأ لعب كرة القدم بالدار البيضاء حيث التحق بمركز التداريب الوازيس في عام 1969 وهو في السادسة عشرة من عمره. بعد ذلك بعامين انضم إلى الفريق الأول للرجاء حيث ظهر عدة مرات قبل أن يثبت نفسه كعنصر لا غنى عنه في الفريق منذ عام 1973. وفاز بكأس العرش أعوام 1974 و 1977 و 1982 واقترب من لقب البطولة عدة مرات. في عام 1987 كان أغلى انتقال في تاريخ البطولة في ذلك الوقت عندما انتقل إلى الأولمبيك البيضاوي. في عام 1990 عاد إلى الرجاء بعمر 37 عامًا لموسم واحد
