CNC cut coffee table. No fastners or adhesive used to hold it together.
The legs and top are sloted so that the fit together like a puzzle. The tolerances were close but not quite perfect so some sanding was needed in some of the slots.

Tool paths (G-code) was generated in VCarve Pro and exported to the Shopbot.
Shopbot in process of cutting the 3/4 birch plywood. The pattern was cut 1/4" deep 3 times to lower the stress on the cutting bit.
Cutting the holes that the legs will insert into. During setup tool paths had to be programmed as inner or outer cuts so that the bit cuts to either side. These holes must be cut to the inside for example.
