BABY STROLLER
Problem Statement:
The idea for this project began as an observation of parents in a shopping mall carrying their child on a stroller. The parents had to constantly move the stroller while looking for clothes/products to buy and sometimes people get so engaged in shopping that they forget their child to carry with them. Carrying all the shopping items in your hands while also rolling the stroller can become a difficult task to perform.
Maya solves this simple problem by using a belt that can be worn around your waist and an innovative frame to avoid hindrance while carrying or managing the baby. The stroller has three wheels with a tadpole configuration, making it easier to maneuver.
The Stroller is simple in design. Its lightweight structure requires few components to assemble. The stroller comes with height adjustability and the belt rotates which provides freedom of movement to the user to reach out to the baby.
The bar which connects the stroller to the waist is slightly tilted towards the user. This allows the line of movement of both the stroller and the person to be on a different line which means the stroller won't collide with the foot of the person.
The Belt and seat of the stroller can be customized as per users' liking. These parts can be easily removed by untightening the nuts and pins. The frame of the stroller is lightweight and can be adjusted according to the height of a user.
