Recently working hard at Erode workshop on some challenging projects... 🚀 here is a short overview.
As a product engineer / industrial designer, I was in charge of all topics dealing with UX, product design & engineering, product innovation, packaging, graphic design, product certification, patent registration, suppliers collaboration, supply chain, quality management etc.
As I'm passionate about motorcycles in all aspects, I also took part in marketing and business development strategies, website building, events and fairs organisation, video making and talks, stand fabrication, all you can imagine ... I even beat volunteers with a baseball bat while they wear the backpack! What an adventure, I can tell.

Creative research to design some unique zip pulls made with Hypalon® (coated polyester fabric)
Ready-to-print User Manual I created (mock up, graphics, content, normalized info) to onboard Erode backpack new users
Tutorial video I filmed and edited to improve new customers on-boarding and illustrate product features
Some future concept sketch - here integrating an airbag inside the backpack structure
I designed in CAD our future exhibition stand for Salon du 2-roues 2021, in Lyon, France.
